Online Music Lessons from Dubai

Real lessons, delivered remotely
Our online programme started in 2020 out of necessity and is now a deliberate choice for hundreds of students. The delivery is simple: Zoom or Google Meet, your instrument, a clear camera angle, the same curriculum your in-studio peers follow.
We have students in Melbourne, Bengaluru, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE taking weekly lessons. Some switched from in-person because Dubai traffic is Dubai traffic. Others never set foot in our studio, they just wanted the faculty quality. What they have in common: progress, and Trinity grades earned remotely.
Why Melody Makers for online lessons
- The same teachers who teach in-studio. No separate “online team”. The teacher you meet on Zoom is the same one standing in our Karama practice rooms the next morning.
- Trinity exam pathway, online. We are a Registered Trinity College London Exam Centre, and Trinity now supports digital exams for most music subjects. Your child can prepare and sit graded exams without leaving home, or come to Karama for the in-person ones.
- 1-to-1 by default. Online group lessons do not work, the audio lag and shared attention break the format. Every online lesson at Melody Makers is private, one teacher, one student.
- Zoom or Google Meet, your choice. We do not force a proprietary platform. Use whichever your family already runs. Both work fine.
- Anywhere in the UAE, GCC or world. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Doha, Muscat, Bengaluru, London, Toronto. If you have reasonable internet and a 2 to 3 hour overlap with UAE hours, we can teach you.
- Built for travelling families and busy adults. Move between Dubai, your home country and summer travel without losing your lesson slot. Adults squeezing lessons between meetings can take them from anywhere with a laptop.
- Hybrid, when you want it. Combine online weekly lessons with in-studio recitals, exam intensives or visits when you are in Dubai. Same teacher, same fee structure, just a different room for the day.
